Teen Yoga Training Programme

We offer a training programme for teenagers who want to become well-being leaders within their school by equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to deliver yoga classes to their peers. By the end of the programme students are able to teach 4 different kinds of practices: 1) Basic Daily Practice; 2) A Practice for Sleep; 3) Sun Salutations; and 4) A Practice for Anxiety.

The Key to Good Health is to Breathe Well

Increasingly, the breath is being recognised as a crucial element to physical and mental wellbeing, concentration, and contentment. A great deal of research has been done showing how deep breathing is the first principle of good health and provides instant relief from anxiety, overwhelm, and stress, as well as a wide array of other health indicators such as heart disease, inflammation, high blood pressure, and heart rate variability.

“Our work has proven that the breath is a wonder drug, if I may use that term.” — TKV Desikachar.
